Following up on Ronnie's post (http://www.merc.ca/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=448&postcount=7) made in in the discussion forum.
The interview with Jenn from the Coalition for the Rights of Sex Workers is very interesting... Explains the current legal status. It is downloadable right now.
This makes very good listening and especially applies to Service Providers. Why would you not want to know your current legal status.
