1- ZZ "top", meaning that they'll get you to the top
or
2- ZZ, as in catching some z's. You'll get bored, frustrated and unhappy about the service. Which happens more often than none with this agency.

I've read many negative reviews with this agency. They out number the good reviews, which already is a bad sign.
